Ray

This is my dog Ray, he's about 2 years old now and as you can see he is blind. Like all of my pets he was adopted.

He has a very....interesting story.

Ray was originally brought to the humane society by a breeder who wanted him killed so he wouldn't affect the price of the rest of Ray's litter, it was there that a friend of mine (Who will remain nameless) working for a volunteer foster program for shelter dogs picked him up and brought him to my aunts veterinary clinic to have him neutered.

As luck would have it my mom and I were dropping my cousin off at her house, we brought our dog Nina with us because she like car rides, as we were leaving we decided to drop by my aunts clinic to give Nina her shots.

My mom, who used to breed Dobermans before she went to medical school was just as captured by his sweet face and playful attitude as I was. As a member of the foster group we decided to be the first house he'd be passed to. It wasn't long before we decided Ray would be a permanent addition to our family.
